Amina Muaddi offers a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear and accessories, provided they are returned in their original packaging with the protective film intact. Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in the original designer box and dust bag, ensuring the leather soles are protected and the security tag remains attached.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and schedule a courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
